How to Use the Law of Attraction to Change Your Life
You know that feeling you get when you’re stuck in life? Maybe it’s a job you don’t enjoy anymore, a relationship or perhaps you want to make more money. Ya, that feeling. If you’re in it right now you’re probably ready for a change. If you’ve ever wondered if the law of attraction can really change your life, keep reading.
We all have a self-fulfilling prophecy for our life. It’s a prediction we make internally based on our beliefs and expectations. Have you heard the expression “what you think about you bring about”? All of our beliefs and expectations influence our behavior at a subconscious level.
An example of a self-fulfilling prophecy is the law of attraction. It’s working whether you want it to or not. The law of attraction matches your vibrational energy and serves you up whatever it is you’re sending out.
So how do you attract the things you want and not the things you don’t want?
Be clear about the experience you want to create
Ask for what you want in your life. Be consistent and ask every day. Write down what you want to create and get the energy of how you’ll feel when you get what you’ve been asking for.
Most of us don’t ask for what we want. Instead, we talk about what we’re lacking and make excuses about why we can’t live the way we truly desire. If I had more money I would, when I meet the perfect partner I will, once I get my debt paid…
What if I told you if your present-day thoughts are focused on your perceived lack you’ll attract more of just that. Your thoughts generate action in your life and attract that emotional vibration to you. Focus your attention (present day) and thoughts toward gratitude and keep asking for what you’re going to create in the future (intention).
You are worthy
Believe it will happen before it does. Recognize where you have limiting beliefs and where you’re blocking yourself. Opposites can cancel each other out. If you have conflicting desires ask for clarity. The universe will give you what you need. Your underlying desire should match your true self. You need to believe in yourself and that what you’ve visualized will manifest in your world.
Focus on what you do want and be patient
You are co-creating with the universe. When what you’re asking for shows up, receive it! It might not look like you think.
Be grateful for what’s available to you right now. Shifting your thoughts will shift your life. Your thoughts are things and they are powerful enough to change your perception and circumstances. What if you can make more money? What if you’re grateful for what your partner is present day and their behaviour shifts.
If you change your thoughts you’ll change your energy. Change your energy and you’ll change your experiences. If you can change your experiences you can change your life and possibly the world!
